RETURNS
Please choose carefully. Pretty Eclectic does not refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
We offer a 7 day exchange policy after item is received. This excludes all sale items and reduced items.
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any swimwear, underwear or earring purchase unless faulty.
Footwear must be returned with all original packaging including undamaged boxes. Please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
Goods may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or damaged. As indicated above, no refund will be made for change of mind or incorrect choice. Orders for custom made items will only be refunded if found to be faulty.
Returns must be made within the timeframe listed above unless faulty. Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable a credit will be provided.
Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. Pretty Eclectic will not pay to return these items to you.
*Please be aware we do not offer exchanges, refunds or credits on any SALE ITEMS under any circumstances.
Contact must be made via email supplying a reason for return and photographs of any faults/or damage may be required before items are returned.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Once we receive your parcel we will process your return. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
Please note- We do not accept returns on Furniture or any items that have been made to order.
SHIPPING
Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days depending on your location.
* Pretty Eclectic are unable to offer an accurate quote on freight/postage costs online for Furniture, Lighting and some Homewares. Once your order is processed we will be in contact with you to discuss freight/postage options and costs. If you proceed, your order will be updated and you will receive a new amended invoice.
In the event that an ordered item becomes unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to discuss options.
The delivery times provided by Pretty Eclectic are estimates only. Pretty Eclectic will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
Furniture/Lighting and/or large bulky items;
Delivery is Monday through Friday depending on area
The transport company used will depend on our supplier and your location.
Please be advised, someone must be home at the premises to accept and sign for delivery. If the courier has attempted to deliver the goods with the full knowledge of the customer and there has been no-one available to receive the goods, this then leads the courier company to return the goods and book a new delivery schedule with the customer, which will incur new delivery charges from the courier.
Does not include unpacking, assembly or packaging removal. Most items require little or no assembly unless otherwise noted.
Pretty Eclectic takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
We ask that you fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery, and If there is damage to packaging, please let courier know. We can not accept any returns on furniture or made to order items if claim is not made within 24hrs. All packaging MUST be retained or claim will not be accepted.
International Orders - We now ship to the US, Canada and New Zealand. Flat rate shipping for International orders is $29.95*

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Pretty Eclectic shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Orders for large furniture items may be delivered to you direct from our supplier/s and small items may need to be ordered prior to delivery to you. If an item is out of stock we will provide the opportunity to back - order or cancel the order.
